OnCampus is a technology platform that helps colleges, universities, campus programming boards, advisors, artists, entertainers, speakers, agencies, and other live event talent discover each other, communicate, and move toward campus booking opportunities.
By using OnCampus, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of the app, and information needed to operate and improve the platform.

Camera or media access is used only when you choose to upload, capture, or update content in the app.

OnCampus is intended for colleges, universities, campus organizations, artists, agencies, entertainers, speakers, and adult users involved in campus programming and entertainment booking.
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. Students and School Users
Certain student users may access OnCampus through school-related accounts, school approval, or campus organization participation.
If student accounts are used, students should only provide information necessary to participate in the platform. Advisors or authorized school representatives may have access to certain student activity, such as pinned artists, saved profiles, recommendations, or other features designed to help campus programming decisions.

OnCampus may include links to third-party websites, artist websites, social media pages, ticketing pages, payment processors, video platforms, or other external services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
